| 内容記述 | 看護師は患者や家族のニーズを把握し、看護の知識や技術の提供、適切な態度をとるうえで多くの能力を必要とする。ジグソー学習法は、看護師に必要な能力を身につけるための学習方法と考えられる。COVID-19 の感染拡大により対面授業を変更し、遠隔授業下でジグソー学習法を用いた老年看護学看護過程演習を実践した。 本研究の目的は、遠隔授業下におけるジグソー学習法を用いた授業のあり方への示唆を得ることである。調査方法は、ジグソー学習法を用いた経験がある看護大学の教員へのインタビュー調査と本学卒業生を対象に実施したプレ授業を参考にジグソー学習法を用いた遠隔授業を行い、実践を振り返った。その結果、遠隔授業下において、オンラインシステムを使用することにより小グループの話し合いは可能であったが、学生が立案した看護計画を実践することはできなかった。遠隔においても看護実践が行えるような授業を構築する必要性が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The nurse has to have many abilities to know the needs of his or her patients and family, which contributes, to an increase in nursing knowledge, skills, and professional attitude. We believe that the Jigsaw Method is a learning method that can help nursing students to acquire abilities to be better nurses. To help our students acquire understanding of nursing process in Gerontological Nursing we used the Jigsaw Method. Initially，we designed the exercise for face-to-face classes,but had to change to distant learning because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, this report concerns the practical application of using the Jigsaw Method for learning the nursing process in Gerontological Nursing through distance learning. The purpose of this study is to suggest using the Jigsaw Method for distance learning. This research examines the Jigsaw Method by an interview survey to nursing faculty members who had used the Jigsaw Method and practice sessions with new graduate nurses. We found that the nursing students can do group work using the Jigsaw Method with online systems. The students discussed a subject of nursing process concerning Gerontological Nursing by dividing into small groups. Unfortunately, the change to distance learning prevented the students doing practice according to the nursing plan. A future issue is to have a grasp of the situation of learning nursing practice by distance learning methods. |
