Sixteen Registered Dietitians each with less than five years of professional experience (1 male, 15 females) participated. The pivotal methods of the program was learning with e-learning tools as well as doing group work, including role-play. We then evaluated the participants by questionnaire requesting them to freely record post study an examination of their self-efficacy in general including Registered Dietitian competency measurement items. The results were as follows : The questionnaire scores for \u0027gathering statistical information about health and nutrition to grasp the present situation\u0027 and another item were significantly increased(p \u003c0.05) ; and those for \u0027working on a hard lesson\u0027 and \u0027anxiety about failure\u0027 were significantly decreased (p \u003c0.05). We collated opinions from a free description type questionnaire answers, like: (e. g., \"I needed encouragement.\"). Overall the education program was thought to improve the participants\u0027 abilities for self-evaluation. However, a weakness was noted in that the participants who studied alone using the e-learning method were more prone to give up.
