| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、チーム医療に必要な能力を習得するための学習プログラムにより、学習プログラム実施前後の学生の連携に関する認識を明らかにすることである。対象は看護学科および栄養学科の4年次生8名である。対象学生は、一般病院のNST;Nutrition Support Teamで4日間の臨床実習に参加した。データ収集方法は、臨床実習前後に半構成的面接を実施した。分析方法は、インタビュー内容を質的帰納的に分析した。その結果、チーム医療における連携に関する学生の認識は、実習前は9カテゴリー、実習後は8カテゴリーが抽出された。 実習前は、それまでの講義や実習からの学びを基盤に、他職種との連携の意義や必要な能力が語られた。実習後では、「他の専門職の協働で広がる視点」「専門職として求められるアセスメント力」「専門職としてのコミュニケーション力」など、実習前より具体的な内容が語られた。本学習プログラムは、チーム医療、専門職の連携の必要性、動機付け、チームを形成する過程の学びなどにおいて、学習効果があることが示唆された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the students' awareness of the necessity for collaboration before and after an interprofessional education program for nurses and registered dietitians conducted as part of the undergraduate course. The subjects were 8 students who participated in a 4-day clinical practicum in the Nutrition Support Team at a general hospital. Data obtained from semi-structured interviews conducted before and after the practicum were qualitatively and inductively analyzed. The analysis yielded 9 categories before the practicum and 8 categories after the practicum. Before the practicum, the students spoke mainly about the importance of collaboration with other occupations and the skills required to achieve that based on what they had learned through lectures and their previous practicum experience. After the practicum, they gave detailed feedback about the practicum experience such as "the broadening of perspective by working with other occupations," "the assessment skills required for a professional," and "the communication skills required for a professional." These findings suggest that this educational program improves students' awareness of the necessity for collaboration within a medical team, improves motivation, and helps them to understand the process of team formation. | |||||||||||
