We promoted screening of 355 households in Hokkaido from January to February in 2003 by statistic analysis of answers to questionnaire. In this study it became clear that: 1. The most effective ways of establishing a sense against disaster were mutual talking among family members about a risk management and organizing activities among neighborhoods and local town communities. 2. A half of households were provided with emergency provisions. However most of them were not adequately prepared for immediate response to a disaster. 3. Development of light-weighed food and specified nutrition supply such as supplements were expected for emergency provisions. 4. Not only development of new emergency provisions but also increasing the resident's interest and promotions of purchasing emergency provisions must be necessary. 5. Protections against a cold by residents and confirmation of evacuation routes removing snow by the administration must be required in Hokkaido.}, pages = {11--20}, title = {災害時の栄養管理 : 一般家庭における非常食の現状}, volume = {4}, year = {2004}, yomi = {モモセ, イヅミ and クロカワ, マサヒロ and ヤマモト, アイコ} }
