We Investigated the current situation of nutritionist sections and emergency provisions of the hospitals in Hokkaido by statistic analysis based on questionnaires. In this study the following results were obtained. 1. Number of hospitals provided with a risk management committee and emergency provisions was small: 48/208 (23.1%). Immediate establishment of a risk management system is necessary. 2. A half of hospitals (50.1%) stored 3 meals per patient as emergency provisions in spite that emergency provisions must be needed for 2 to 3 days. 3. A low-price leasing system must be developed for renewing stored emergency provisions. 4. One reason why hospitals (26.9%) do not hold emergency provisions was that emergency provisions could be provided by outside organizations. However the stock of emergency provisions inside hospitals will be rather effective. 5. The major complaints about emergency provisions were high cost (65.9%), short lifetime (36.5%) and bad taste. A system that reflects user's opinion must be established. 6. Consistent enforcement of training and education for workers against emergency must be needed to maintain effective risk management system.}, pages = {1--9}, title = {災害時の栄養管理 : 北海道内の病院における災害時の非常食の実態}, volume = {4}, year = {2004}, yomi = {クロカワ, マサヒロ and モモセ, イヅミ and ヤマモト, アイコ} }
