According to Engelhardt, there are two concepts of person: one is a person in a strict sense and the other is a person in a social sense. For instance, moral agents have a person in a strict sense, but infants do not. For this reason Tooley admitted infanticide. However, Engelhardt negates this Toolev's theorv bv attributing a person in a social sense to an infant.},
