 note = {PDF, 研究目的は、SP の役割の理解や基本的な実践力の修得を目標とした４回の講座からなる模擬患者(Simulated Patient； 以下 SP)養成プログラムを構築し、目標達成状況からプログラムを評価し今後の課題を明確にすることである。養成プログラムは、講義や演習を組み合わせて構成され、全体で４〜５ 時間程度であった。研究方法は、一般公募により SP 養成プログラムに応募し受講した A 市内または A 市 近郊在住の 21 名(男性８名、女性 13 名で、平均年齢 67.2 歳)の研究対象者に対し、プログラム終了後に、参加の動機，SP の資質，役割の理解，演技への自信等、13 項目と自由記載からなる自記式質問票調査を実施した。対象者 21 名のうち、20 名から質問票の回答が得られた(回収率 95.2％)。結果、養成プログ ラムの評価として低かった項目は「演じることへの自信」であった。SP が患者像をイメージできるような工夫や演じることの訓練を重ねていく必要があると考えられた。今後は、養成プログラムの検討を重 ね、フォローアップ研修にて実践の機会を多く取り入れる必要があると考えられた。, The study aims to clarify future issues by developing the training program of simulated patients (SP) consisting of ４ lectures with a goal to comprehend SP roles and learn basic practical skills ， then evaluating the program on the basis of the goal achievement. The training program consisted of a combination of lectures and exercises for approximately ４-５ hours in total．Regarding the research method， after recruiting 21 participants (８ males，13 females ， average age 67.2 years old) in the training program of SP selected from the public as living in City A or near City A， we conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey at the end of the program with free writing and 13 items including motivation for participation ， quality of SP ， role comprehension ， and confidence in performance. We received the questionnaire responses from 20 out of 21 participants (response rate: 95.2%). As a result， the item with a low evaluation score in the training program was “Confidence in performance”. Thus， it would require SP to achieve an improvement in patient image and also more training. In future， it would need to carefully examine the training program and adopt more practices in the follow-up training session.},
