Method: Semi-structured interviews were conducted for 7 nurses within 3 years after graduation, considering feelings about working in the operating room from the beginning to the present,-and, qualitatively the process of continuing to work there. These were inductively analyzed. Result: My thoughts about working in the operating room were [confused and anxious when I was assigned to the operating room, and expectations], [I don't think it was nursing], [anxiety and pain that I couldn't do my job] and [Team power and the presence of a respected and reliable senior. within the 5 categories of [Goals as operating room nurses and intention to continue working], the process of continuing to work in the operating room was as follows. It was divided into four current periods.
