The program consists of two rounds of group learning and one round of individual interview learning aimed at enhancing the mothers' self-efficacy and motivating their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors toward menarche education for their daughters. Nine mothers participated, ranging in age from their 30s to their 50s, and the median age of their daughters was 12 years. Mothers’ sense of self-efficacy captured in the assessment before and after this program; the General Self-Efficacy Scale GSES questionnaire; post-program interviews; changes related to the mothers’ emotions, thoughts, and behaviors related to menarche education.
