 note = {P(論文), 『看護教育の技術項目と卒業時の到達度』に示された技術の種類142 項目について、臨地実習での経験と到達度に関する学生の認識の実態を明らかにするために、A大学看護学科3・4年次生を対象にアンケート調査を実施し、87 名から回答を得た。その結果、134 項目の技術において、3年次より4年次で臨地実習で経験した割合が増加していたが、半数以上の学生が経験できた技術は、3年次で39 項目、4年次で82 項目であった。到達度については、139 項目において「実施できる」の回答割合が4年次で増加したが、74 項目は4年次において「実施できる」の回答が8割未満であった。これらの項目には、臨地実習で経験「あり」の回答が少なかった項目も含まれたが、全ての項目について臨地実習での経験がなくても「実施できる」と回答した学生がいた。従って、臨床と連携しながら臨地実習での技術経験を増やす取り組みと共に、学内において臨床に即した看護技術を修得できる方略を検討する必要性が示唆された。, The purpose of this study was to identify the perceptions held by third- and fourth-year nursing student'practice in clinical training and their achievement levels of nursing skills. With regard to 134 of 142 items, fourth-year students(n=47) had more practice in nursing skills in clinical training than third-year students(n=40). More than half the numbers of third- and fourth-year students had practice in the nursing skills with regard to 39 and 82 items. For 139 of 142 items, fourth-year students showed higher achievement levels of nursing skills, than third-year students, but less than 80percent of fourth-year students showed lower achievement levels on 74 items. Some of these 74 items were difficult to practice in clinical training, but high achievement levels were still shown by a few students who were unable to practice. These results suggest that we should consider more suitable strategies to improve the achievement levels of nursing skills, and strengthen cooperation among staff members in a clinical setting and college faculty.},
