 note = {P(論文), 近年とみに注目を集めている看護倫理は、その倫理綱領の歴史からして、医療倫理の一部というよりも、独自の議論の長い積み重ねの上に存在するものである。本稿では看護倫理という問題領域の形成過程を日本およびそのモデルとなった米国を中心に概観した上で、現在の倫理理論的枠組みを検討する。看護倫理は、まずケアリングを人間関係の基本的な価値とする哲学的ケアリング観を基盤にしながら、義務としての様々な倫理原則を柱に、その間を埋めるものとして、ケアリングを中心とした徳の倫理を展開する。なぜケアリングが看護倫理の中心的な価値であるかというと、それが一つの徳として実践上の動機付けを提供し、またそれによる関係性があってこそ臨床での諸問題をそれぞれ個別の文脈で捉える契機が提供されるからである。, Nursing ethics is not a part of medical ethics. It originated in the United States through an original, long discussion. In this paper, I first present a general view of the process of formation of nursing ethics from the United States, and explain how it became the model for Japan. Next, I present a theoretical framework of current nursing ethics. I argue that nursing ethics insists on an ethics of virtue that centers on caring, while making various ethical principles obligatory. Because various problems that a patient has can be understood better by the caring nurse. I suggest greater emphasis on caring in nursing ethics.},
