The course contents included taking such measurements as weight, abdominal circumference and blood vessel condition, along with a survey of dietary conditions (via a "buffet style" selection of menu cards). Following this, participants were given advice on diet and exercises to reverse damage to blood vessels through lectures and individual nutrition counseling. Taking into account both the eating habits and results of questionnaires of the participants, it would appear the course was effective for participants.
