Nutritional guidelines have been established in order for people to eat well and have balanced diets. This study was conducted to investigate the current status of high school student eating habits and in particular, how they conform to what nutritional guidelines offer. As eating habits during adolescence tend to formulate the basis of later eating habits in adulthood, the focus was placed on high school students and those in charge of food preparation.
