We went to Denmark to deepen our understanding of Pedagogic, identify the differences between Pedagogic and the care provided in Japan, and obtain clues as to whether it is possible to implement Pedagogic in the field of elderly care in Japan.\nDuring the observation,“Pedagogs”trained in the Pedagogic method were placed in nursery schools, kindergartens, daycares, and national schools, and they were practicing relationships that make use of children\u0027s autonomy and individuality. Pedagogs are also attracting attention in the field of dementia care, as they are able to stay close to the subject and recognize the personality and individuality of each person, and they are also
