The purpose of this investigation was to clarify student's studies from the reports which students described after the practices using simulated patients (SPs) in the physical assessment classes. The subjects were 89 students. The reports which students described were analyzed by qualitative approach, and categories were extracted. As that result, it could be classified in 5 categories of [Confusion for the SP] [Structures were connected] [Integration to the communication skills for the SP] [The meaning to give concerns to the SP] [The self noticed through the SP] and 18 sub-categories. Though students felt agitation of the emotions, they learned the needs to integrate the knowledges and the skills for the SP from the interaction with the SP.
