We are planning to use Thunderbird," a new application software that will enable the students of our college to send/receive e mail. The profile folders in which the settings for accounts and e mail letters are saved are placed in a network shared folder. With default settings, it takes a very long time to start up the application, and users can not afford to wait that long. Therefore, some settings have been added to reduce the start up time for the convinience of the users. In fact, the usage by many users is not discussed yet and new students of the next year will use the application.
